WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE GIVEAWAY ENTITIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
HOW TO ENTER: This Giveaway promotion begins at midnight (CT) on February 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. (CT) on February 28, 2024 (the "Giveaway Period"). The Giveaway will be awarded to one entrant. Enter this promotion by visiting the website:  https://www.truenorthbasecamp.com/winter and following the posted instructions. Limit one entry per person. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Suppose there is a dispute regarding the person's identity submitting an electronic entry. In that case, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder whose name the provided email account is registered. Entries made by any mass duplication, automatic, robotic, or programmed method, or through any promotion entry, notification, or related service, or in any manner not in compliance with the requirements of these Official Rules are invalid and will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who have reached 18. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Two Pols and True North Basecamp  ("Sponsor") and their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Giveaway Entities"), and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. All entries will be submitted as the email of the person. Prizes can only be awarded to the person listed on the account. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or other automatic or mechanical means are void. Enters agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Giveaway. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that participant's eligibility to participate in the Giveaway. This Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Neither Giveaway Entities nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect transcription of entry information or any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission or failures of any network, computer equipment, website or software, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected entries. Giveaway Entities are not liable for any damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing, or downloading information connected to this promotion.

DRAWING: One (1) prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawings shall be conducted on or about the 1st day of March by representatives designated by the Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Sponsor decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway. Potential winners will be notified via email. A winner will have seven days to respond to the prize notification. Suppose a prize notification email is returned or unanswered within the allotted time (7 days), or a potential winner declines the prize or is ineligible. In that case, an alternate winner will be selected by randomly drawing the remaining eligible entries. As a condition of awarding the prize: (1) you consent to the Sponsor's use of your name for promotional purposes, including posting the winner's name in a winners list, on social media (such as Twitter® and Facebook®), and via online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the upgrade, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all entries received as of the termination date.

PRIZES: One winner (one per Entry Period) will be awarded the following tips: a $214 gift certificate expiring May 20, 2025, to be applied toward a two-night cabin tent stay. PRIZES WILL BE ACCEPTED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). Giveaway Entities have neither made nor are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or law, relative to a prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize manufacturer that may be sent along with a bonus. All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution, cash substitution, assignment, or transfer of prizes is permitted except for the Sponsor's unavailability. A bonus of equal or greater excellent value will be awarded. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The total ARV of all prizes available to be won is $170. All prizes awarded are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

PRIVACY: Personal information that entrants provide in connection with the promotion or registration with the promotion website will be collected by the Sponsor) and agree to receive follow-up communications from the Sponsor. Any entrant elected to receive emails from the Sponsor and no longer wishes to receive further emails may opt-out by following the "unsubscribe" instructions at the bottom of the email communication.

LIABILITY LIMITS AND INDEMNITY: By entering and participating, all entrants and winners, on behalf of themselves, their executors, heirs, and assigns at this moment: (a) release Giveaway Entities from any liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons or property, including death and bodily injury, which may be sustained in connection with the conduct or outcome of the promotion or the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded, (b) indemnify and hold harmless Giveaway Entities from and against any claims arising from the preceding, and (c) indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstake Entities from and against any claims arising from the acts or omissions of entrant or winner. Under no circumstances will Sweepstake Entities be liable for punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits) or any other damages over actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any) not to exceed $50, but in no event will attorneys' fees be awarded or recoverable.
GENERAL: This promotion is governed by U.S. law, subject to federal, state, and local laws. The decisions of the Sponsor are final concerning all aspects of the climb. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any winner. Except where prohibited, all disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway will be resolved individually by binding arbitration subject to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The preceding shall not limit any party's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court with jurisdiction over the parties or bring qualifying claims in small claims court. They will be construed by their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. If there is a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any other promotional materials, the Official Rules will control and govern this Giveaway. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
