Guests must notify us via email info@truenorthbasecamp.com (mailto:info@truenorthbasecamp.com) • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. No exceptions made to this policy, we do not hold credits for future use. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If you have any questions regarding your reservation, please contact us directly.

Yes in campsites only, the cost is $10 per night per pet per campsite (a limit of two 40 lbs. pets). Pets must be crated when left alone at campsites. Pets must be leashed at all times in and around your campsite and while in common areas. The credit card on file for the reservation will be charged $250 if any damage is caused by the pet(s). If your pet has a barking issue or shows agression you will be asked to leave without refund.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am CST. Strictly enforced, you may be asked to leave if you do not adhere to this policy and respect other campers.

Pop-up and teardrop campers are allowed up to 17' long. We do not have hook ups, pull through sites or allow generators.

Check in time 2pm / Checkout Noon CST.

Each site allows for two six person tents.
