Guests must notify us via email info@truenorthbasecamp.com Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.This policy applies regardless of weather conditions, air quality, road conditions, personal emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the control of True North Basecamp. We do not hold credits for future use.All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Date Changes:Reservations may be changed for a $15 date change fee when requested by email at info@truenorthbasecamp.com at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Date changes are subject to availability.Date change requests received less than 14 days before arrival are not permitted. In these cases, the reservation will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.

Pets are allowed in campsites. The cost is $10 per night per pet per campsite (a limit of two 40 lbs. pets). Pets must be crated when left alone at campsites. Pets must be leashed at all times in and around your campsite and while in common areas. The credit card on file for the reservation will be charged $250 if any damage is caused by the pet(s). If your pet is barking or shows aggression you will be required to leave without refund.

Pop-up and teardrop campers are allowed up to 17' long. Campervans are allowed in all sites: we recommend choosing sites 1-12 when they're available. We do not have any hook ups, pull through sites or allow generators.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. CST. You will be required to leave if you do not adhere to this policy and respect other campers.

Two tents are allowed at each site, maximum ten people at each individual campsite. Different rules apply for the group campsite.
